General shipping and delivery information
EMIAS Therapeutics Colloidal Silver are a United Kingdom based producer of premium quality Colloidal Silver, supplying retailers, resellers, veterinary clinics and private customers.
All our products are shipped from the United Kingdom via our network of third-party logistics partners.
All purchases are subject to our Company and Website Terms & Conditions.
EMIAS Therapeutics are committed in the use of recyclable materials for our products.
- All our shipping cartons and void fills are paper based and fully recyclable where possible.
- Our product display boxes (including all applicator bottles, 50ml and 250ml bottles) are paper based and fully recyclable.
- All our bottles and containers (including amber glass, amber PET plastic, HDPE containers) and bottle caps are fully recyclable (please check capabilities of your local recycling facility).
We wish all our customers to continue the protection of our environment through appropriate segregation of materials for recycling.

EMIAS Therapeutics reserve the right to change shipping partners on any order at our discretion due to any unforeseen circumstance (increase in courier costs, courier refusal to deliver to any specific address or location, etc.). In such event, we will notify you before dispatching the order.
- EMIAS Therapeutics offer free shipping on orders sent to all private customers within the United Kingdom mainland.
- Commercial Clients – All orders will be shipped per our agreed delivery terms.
Free Delivery Exclusions
- Standard free shipping is available to mainland UK customers only.
- Orders are shipped Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
- Shipments are not sent during weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be sent the next normal working day.
- We aim to process and ship orders placed via our online e-commerce platform within 24 hours of order placement. However, to guarantee product quality and optimum shelf-life, we produce and ship fresh colloidal silver on a daily basis, therefore shipping times may be slightly longer in times of peak demand. We will notify you if there will be delays longer than 72 hours.
- A notification email will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched.
- Delivery dates are estimate only and not a guarantee of delivery on the date quoted.
- As a producer, EMIAS Therapeutics are constrained by the normal fluctuation of demand and supply at any given time and our production capacities. In all instances, EMIAS Therapeutics reserves the right to amend delivery schedules accordingly. We will notify you if there are any significant and unexpected delays.
- As we use third-party logistics partners, weekend and public holiday deliveries are subject to each logistics company.
- Delivery dates are calculated based on normal working days (Monday to Friday). Speed of delivery is set by the delivery service selected at time of ordering.
- Delivery charges stated on our online e-commerce platform are automatically calculated based on the data provided. EMIAS Therapeutics reserve the right to amend any delivery charges stated in the event actual delivery charges are significantly higher. In such circumstance, we will notify you before the order is dispatched.
- EMIAS Therapeutics reserves the right to reject any order or cancel sales at the Company’s discretion. Assuming no losses have been incurred by the Company, a full refund will be issued.
- All risk in the products ordered (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when the items are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.
- We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products if the delay or failure to deliver is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- Any orders returned due to the fault of the carrier may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Please contact us with any unresolved disputes using our online contact form (click to open in new tab) and we will be happy to help.
Shipping Address
- Please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address at point of ordering. If the nominated address is incorrect, your parcel will be returned to us and a new and additional shipping fee will be applied.
- Any changes to shipping address after point of ordering may incur additional costs which must be paid before we re-send your parcel.
Orders must be placed before 12:00pm (UTC) on day of order (Monday to Thursday) to ensure next working day delivery. As we use third-party shipping partners, Orders placed after 12:00pm (UTC) on Thursday will be dispatched the next day (Friday) and expected delivery will be at the discretion of the chosen courier – therefore, for expedited deliveries ordered after 12:00pm Thursday, please allow until the following working day Monday for delivery (subject to UK national public holidays).
- In the event an order has not arrived on time, in the first instance please contact the nominated delivery partner (as stated on your dispatch notification email) as this will result in the quickest resolution and save any further delays.
- For standard UK deliveries, please allow 7 working days before raising a claim with EMIAS Therapeutics for non-delivery.
- If for any reason the nominated delivery partner cannot resolve the matter, then please do not hesitate to contact us using our online contact form (click to open in new tab) to resolve the issue.
- Please follow the link on your delivery email, or access the nominated delivery partner website (see below) with your tracking code to obtain an update on your delivery.
- Tracking information available will depend on the type of shipping requested at time of purchase and the nominated delivery partner.
- If you order using the Royal Mail Standard First Class Delivery Option, Royal Mail do not provide a tracking code or tracking information. We are unable to track your parcel on your behalf once it has been deposited at Royal Mail.

- ALL orders shipped outside the United Kingdom will be shipped using the nominated logistics delivery partner’s tracked shipping system (where available).
- Orders delivered outside of the United Kingdom will be subject to the local laws, regulations, customs and import tariffs of the destination country.
- Content Declaration – EMIAS Therapeutics Colloidal Silver can be declared as ‘A NATURAL MINERAL SOLUTION’ and or ‘COSMETIC PRODUCT’.
- Any customs or import duties will be levied once the shipment arrives at the destination country.
- Any additional charges for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- EMIAS Therapeutics cannot accept any liability or responsibility for or be involved in any customs disputes or additional costs incurred.
- We advise all clients to be aware of their local customs laws and duties for the products ordered.
- Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping address, local telephone number and contact email in case your local customs office need to contact you.

Returns Policy
If you would like to return a product or order, in the first instance please contact us using our online contact form (click here), selecting the ‘initiate a return procedure‘ option from the Nature of Enquiry tab. This will notify us of your intent so we can open your order and mark it as an anticipated postal return.
EMIAS Therapeutics allows a return policy under the following terms:
- You must notify us of your intent to return the product[s] within 14 days after delivery using our online contact form (click to open in new tab).
- You must return the product to us within 30 days of delivery.
- In case of dispute, you must provide proof of return postage and courier.
- Returned products must be in perfect and unused condition. This includes contents, bottle, closure, applicator, label and box.
- Returned products must have an unbroken tamper seal on the bottle cap.
- Returned products must be in the original packaging it was received in.
We recommend any returns are sent using Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class, equivalent or higher traceability service.
EMIAS Therapeutics cannot accept responsibility or liability for any returned items lost in transit.
Postage and packaging costs of returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.
If a return claims is deemed valid, costs of postage and packaging for the first exchange will be free of charge. Subsequent exchanges may incur additional charges.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless you are returning a damaged product.
- In the event of a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us of your intent to return the product[s] within 14 days after delivery using our online contact form (click to open in new tab).
- In all cases, we require photographic evidence of the damaged product together with a detailed explanation of the circumstances and location the damage occurred.
- You must return the item[s] within 30 days of delivery.
For returns made outside the UK distance selling regulations, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. When returning an order from outside of the United Kingdom for an exchange/refund, postage & packaging costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
